The Workplace Emerging Leaders Lab (the Well) is designed to equip emerging and mid-level leaders with the skills, strategies, and networks to thrive in leadership roles through leadership cohorts, expert led workshops, peer to peer collaboration, capstone leadership projects, and an alumni network.

"Establishing Executive Presence" Workshop
The Establishing Executive Presence workshop equips leaders with the skills required to be seen as executive-ready before the title arrives.
Delivered over three consecutive Mondays, this interactive leadership intensive helps participants strengthen self-confidence, elevate executive communication, and build intentional visibility in the workplace. Through practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, leaders learn how to navigate high-stakes environments. Participants will leave with a personalized executive presence action plan and tools to prepare for the next level of responsibility.

Foundations and Growth
The Emerging Leaders Development Cohort is a collective learning experience designed to accelerate participants into leadership roles. Over 4 - 6 weeks, participants gain insights from executive leaders, engage in peer collaboration, and apply skills through real-world projects. Rather than a single facilitator-led course, this cohort leverages the combined wisdom of experienced leaders, guest experts, and the participants themselves. Participants learn not just from content, but from the stories, strategies, and successes of those who have led before them.
